RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Before you start the process of returning your wall-fabric products to Be Shine Textile Inc., first check to see if you’re eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee. The date you are returning your product is within 30 days of the original invoice date.


In case you change your mind after ordering and your products has been shipped from our warehouse, and when you receive your product please give us a call. In order to return it, the product delivered should be in its original package, original condition and un-opened.


Please contact our customer service at 1-647-498-7999 or sales@beshinetextile.com requesting a return. For return requests that are approved, you will be provided with a Return Material Authorization Number, which you should keep referencing your return request.


IMPORTANT: The product you are returning is not a customized product, Customized products include: 3D printing wall-fabric and other made-to-order items. Made-to-order products can only be returned when there is proven to be defective and/or damaged.


Be Shine Textile Inc. does not accept returns on reduced price items, final sales neither those that have been altered, cut, treated, processed or damaged after a successful delivery.


There is a 30% restocking fee that is applies to returns, except for defective products by the manufacturer.


Original shipping cost is non-refundable, except for defective products by the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for items returned to Be Shine Textile Inc.

If the return is for a damaged, defective or wrong product (that has been dispatched) Be Shine Textile Inc. will cover the shipping cost for the return or replacement of the item(s) at no additional cost.
When the return item has been authorized, approved and received, credit will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction within 10 business days.
